Comments: I had a total shoulder replacement done by Dr. Jamie Friedman from Colorado Springs Orthopedic Group. It was the easiest surgery I ever had. I experienced no pain afterwards. I used the Nice & Cold wrap for 2 weeks. I never had to take a pain pill. It is now 6 weeks after surgery and everything is going way ahead of schedule. My physical therapist can't believe how well I'm doing. Dr. Friedman is not only a great surgeon, she's very kind and caring.
